THE IDEA
Digital Velocity is Tealium’s flagship conference, bringing together leaders in customer data, AI, and marketing innovation to explore the future of the industry. Following the success of Digital Velocity 2024, the 2025 edition was held at The Brewery, London, and aimed to raise the bar with a two-day programme featuring dual stages, a Gala Dinner, immersive branded experiences, and an expanded AI-powered gallery.
Our team was tasked with overseeing the entire operational experience, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran without disruption. This included full event management, creative design, end-to-end technical production, branding, sponsor activations, registration services, staffing, and live photography and video coverage. With 35 industry innovators and over 600 attendees, including data leaders, IT experts, AI strategists and marketing specialists, the event needed to combine strategic insight with engaging, interactive experiences that would inspire and connect the customer data community.
THE REALITY
Working closely with Tealium, we delivered a comprehensive, end-to-end event solution that extended far beyond technical production. With an appointed Event Producer, we collaborated to design, manage, and oversee every aspect of the conference. Our team ensured the venue was fully equipped with AV and lighting, including a 40ft x 9ft widescreen powered by a three-projector Panasonic blend, creating a seamless visual canvas for keynotes and content delivery. This was flanked by bespoke angled set panels, designed to elevate the stage narrative and strengthen the overall branding impact.
Building on the 2024 design, AV, staging, and immersive experiences, the 2025 edition introduced enhanced technical systems, larger stages, and a more integrated delegate journey. A combination of printed branding and digital signage improved flexibility reduced waste, and amplified impact. Beyond the main room, our creative and technical teams also developed content to transition across the three LED Arch Windows in reception, extending the visual identity from the main stage into the welcome environment. To push innovation further, we used cutting-edge AI technology to create an expanded AI Gallery activation offering attendees a new level of interactivity and immersion.
We managed sponsor activations, coordinated registration services, and oversaw a team of event staff and ambassadors to ensure seamless operations throughout the day. In addition, our photography and live video coverage captured the event in real time, with highlight edits created to showcase the key moments and energise post-event engagement. By combining meticulous technical delivery with creative oversight and operational management, we created a polished, professional environment that enabled industry innovators and attendees to connect, learn, and explore the future of customer data.
THE OUTCOME
Digital Velocity 2025 was widely celebrated for its scale, professionalism, and immersive experience. Attendees praised the smooth integration of technical systems, dynamic branding, and engaging content, while the conference successfully fostered collaboration and innovation among a highly specialised audience.
The progression from 2024 to 2025 was clear, evolving from early AI gallery moments to large-scale staging, architectural LED features, and expanded sponsorship activations, reflecting Tealium’s growing community and the event’s continued evolution.
The ongoing partnership with Tealium includes Digital Velocity 2026, demonstrating our ability to combine full-service production with strategic event management to elevate their flagship conference.
