This significant event in the hospitality and travel distribution industry brought together professionals and experts to discuss the latest trends and technologies. We were excited at the prospect of providing full technical production to this unique event.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- THE SOLUTION --><\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-obj123 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"obj123\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3>THE SOLUTION<\/h3>\n<p>With a setup day and access to an empty room before the event, we installed our equipment without the typically tight time pressures, meaning that we could make final adjustments to meet the client\u2019s preferences on-site. The conference featured two large screens, two high-definition cameras, and continuous onsite recordings, which allowed us to capture content and display it to all attendees seamlessly. The efficient set-up process and state-of-the-art equipment combined to make the event a stand-out success.<\/p>\n<p>We provided eye-catching scenic elements from Atomic and assigned an experienced show caller to coordinate the event.
