Building on three years of success: scaling and elevating Tealium’s Digital Velocity 2026

OBJECTIVE

For the third consecutive year, Encore was appointed to deliver full end-to-end production, content design, registration, event staffing, and end-to-end delegate management for Digital Velocity by Tealium. The two-day conference, held at our partner venue The Brewery London, brought together leaders in data, AI, and technology. Attendance grew to 700 delegates, a 16 percent increase on the previous year, creating a clear brief to elevate the experience while maintaining the event’s strong identity and momentum.

Building on previous editions, Tealium requested a more refined and immersive environment aligned with their messaging. A key creative shift for 2026 involved adapting their American Event Design into a UK-focused design, reflecting London’s setting and strengthening local relevance. The brief also tasked our team with expanding sponsor activations, optimising attendee flow, and enhancing overall event management to ensure a seamless balance of conference content, networking, and interactive brand experiences.

SOLUTION

Working closely with Tealium, Encore delivered a fully integrated solution combining creative design, technical production, and operational excellence. Our in-house creative services team reimagined the skyline concept into a distinctly British visual identity, incorporating recognisable UK landmarks into a cohesive design system applied across main stage content, video production, and venue branding ensuring a unified look and feel throughout the event.

The event utilised multiple key spaces at The Brewery London, including The Porter Tun, King George III, and Queen Charlotte rooms. Leveraging our deep knowledge of the venue, we coordinated complex logistics and layouts to ensure smooth traffic flow and optimal use of space, acting seamlessly as an extension of The Brewery’s team on-site.

Production included full technical delivery of lighting, video, and audio, alongside content creation aligned with Tealium’s messaging. Registration management was carefully coordinated for an efficient check-in experience, while comprehensive staffing and on-site management ensured flawless execution. Event production spanned both conference days and evening entertainment, with a strong focus on sponsor engagement and interactive experiences.

Activations were expanded to feature a branded swag store in the outdoor marquee, showcasing merchandise that reflected the Tealium “beast” and AI themes to create memorable take-home experiences. Additional interactive elements, such as a custom “whack-a-mole” installation and a branded basketball challenge, were integrated throughout the venue to maximise engagement. Venue branding further immersed attendees in the Digital Velocity identity through lightbox artwork, large-scale signage, floor graphics, themed food stations, branded coffee cups, a customised Guinness bar, and appearances from Tealium’s ‘’Beast’’ mascot in digital content and activation spaces.

RESULT

Digital Velocity 2026 delivered an elevated, immersive, and highly engaging experience that reflected Tealium’s leadership in data and AI. The event’s cohesive design, expanded activations, and improved operational flow created a seamless attendee journey, while the UK-specific creative elements strengthened the event’s identity and resonated strongly with delegates.

Feedback highlighted the professionalism of delivery, the quality of production, and the engaging mix of conference content and interactive experiences. Expanded sponsor presence and activation strategies contributed to a more dynamic and commercially impactful environment. With planning already underway for 2027, Digital Velocity continues to grow as a flagship event in Tealium’s global calendar.
