    The promotion offers up to 50% discount on Encore Audio and Visual equipment for qualifying events taking place in January, February, or August 2026.
  3. Booking Window & Validity
    • Enquiries must be submitted by 28 February 2026 to be eligible for this promotion.

    • This offer is valid for new enquiries only and cannot be applied to existing jobs, confirmed bookings, or ongoing projects.

  4. Availability
    The offer is available at selected UK venues only and is subject to equipment and resource availability at the time of enquiry and confirmation.
  5. Exclusions
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or existing
      promotional packages      .
    • The discount applies to Encore Audio and Visual equipment only and excludes
      third‑party hire, labour, transport, and additional services unless expressly agreed in writing.
  6. Non‑Transferable
    The offer is non‑transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  7. Amendment or Withdrawal
    Encore reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
  8. Event Changes or Cancellation
    If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, the offer may no longer apply and eligibility
    will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Encore accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from circumstances outside of its reasonable
    control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, technical availability, or force majeure
    events.
