THE IDEA
MongoDB’s brief for the event was ambitious: create a plenary space capable of accommodating 1,000 attendees and transform it into two distinct rooms within a 30-minute coffee break. Additionally, the event required three breakout rooms and five workshop spaces to operate simultaneously, each equipped to handle live sessions without any technical hiccups.
Encore was tasked with providing full technical production, including audio, lighting, and staging, to bring MongoDB’s vision to life. Our challenge was to manage multiple moving parts and deliver a seamless experience for all attendees.
THE REALITY
Delivering an event of this complexity required rigorous pre-production and precise execution. Encore’s approach focused on detailed planning and close collaboration with MongoDB to ensure every element was aligned with its vision.
