THE IDEA
In our third consecutive year as production providers for this incredible event, Encore have worked hard to set high expectations for quality and innovation on the Snowflake Tour. Taylor Bennett Partners tasked the team with delivering a seamless and elevated experience across all aspects of the event. The requirements included technical production for eight breakout sessions, a central expo area, and unique installations to engage attendees and showcase Snowflake’s brand leadership.
Encore’s objective was clear: provide top-tier audio-visual solutions and creative innovations that matched the client’s vision while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
THE REALITY
Delivering an event of this scale required close collaboration with Taylor Bennett Partners to navigate logistical challenges, adapt to evolving requirements, and ensure every element of the production aligned with Snowflake’s brand identity.
Key highlights of Encore’s technical contributions included:
- Breakout sessions: eight breakout rooms equipped with high-quality AV setups, tailored to accommodate dynamic presentations and interactive discussions.
- Expo area: a striking LED chandelier commissioned for the breakout area, providing a stunning centrepiece that impressed attendees and reinforced the event’s modern aesthetic.
- Engaging activations: a light-up zipline installation that added an element of excitement and interactivity, creating memorable experiences for guests.
