Encore Appoints Alexandra Odri-Fender as Senior Director of Project Management DACHNL and Digital Services EMEA
Encore is pleased to introduce Alexandra Odri-Fender, who has been appointed as the new Senior Director of Project Management DACHNL and Digital Services EMEA. In her new role, Alexandra will lead the team delivering high-quality events across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Alexandra is a highly experienced event professional with over 23 years of industry experience. She joined Encore in 2011 as the Head of Participant Management, overseeing the registration and communication processes for large-scale events. In 2012, Alexandra was promoted to Senior Event Manager, and in 2016, she was further promoted to Senior Account Manager. In this role, she was responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Alexandra’s most recent position was leading Encore’s EMEA Digital Services team, which she will continue to oversee in her new role.
Alexandra is passionate about creating engaging and memorable events that connect people and inspire change. She always seeks new ways to leverage technology and creativity to enhance the event experience for attendees, speakers, and organisers. She is also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within her team and the organisation.

Alexandra is the first woman to hold the position of Senior Director of Project Management at Encore, something she is particularly proud of. “Being an advocate for women in the industry and an active member of the Women of Encore BRG, I am proud and honoured to take on this position”, comments Alexandra. “I hope to inspire and empower more women to pursue careers in the AV industry. I am committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equality within Encore and the industry as a whole.”
