We were proud to have once again provided full technical production for the annual New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at the Atlantis, The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. This year’s spectacular masquerade-themed party allowed more than 4,500 guests to dance the night away to the legendary Sting, who headlined the event.

Solution
To provide maximum visibility for attendees, we pitched an enhanced stage design to provide an unforgettable experience for all attendees. The spectacular drone show and fireworks took centre stage, captivating the audience. To enhance viewing for guests in front of the stage area, we utilised a semitransparent LED screen. This allowed the audience to witness the magic of the show while maintaining a clear view of the performers.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated teams worked seamlessly to ensure a flawless delivery. Precise synchronisation using timecode orchestrated the drone show and playback of content, resulting in a harmonious blend of technology and artistry. This one-of-a-kind event left a lasting impression, merging tradition with cutting-edge innovation.
