With Hyatt’s objectives, audience and agenda in mind, we designed the Chime Live platform and advised on ways to keep engagement levels high throughout the meeting. The virtual roundtable incorporated live video streaming, with individual speakers and panellists.
At key points throughout the presentation, polls and word clouds were deployed to gauge participants’ opinions, which helped guide the conversation. Participants were also given the opportunity to ask the panel questions during the Live Q&A. To wrap up, audience members were asked to complete a Feedback forms through the Chime Live app.
